The tips are really great and very helpfull, i think… i will know in a couple of days, but i wanted to ask you if the questions that we are going to ask the interviewer could already be written down in the hard cover note book you mentioned in the beggining, if it is proper? In case we forget what we were planning to ask.
    Thank you.

Hi there…yes, you have got it right! Always , ALWAYS prepare in writing in your hard back book in advance. Prepare you questions and take them with you so that you don’t actually HAVE TO REMEMBER the questions. Ask if it’s ok to take notes (they always say it’s OK) and have your list of 10 questions ready to go. Of course, the interviewer will answer most but not ALL of them. If they DO cover all your questions, remember to ask the # 1 ALL TIME question “What kind of person are you REALLY looking to recruit” It’s perfect as it gives the interviewer the opportunity to take a moment and then tell you everything they are looking for…you then simply nod, agree, say ‘ uh huh’ and take NOTES whilst they tell you!. This is a really great way of getting you to stand out. Good luck; let me know what questions you have prepared; OK?
PS What city are you in?

I’ve just received it thank you very much.
My name is Sotiria, i am an accountant from Greece and i moved in Cyprus a month ago and i am still trying to find a job, i have an interview for the position of junior accountant,in a really good firm.I studied in the University of Macedonia Financial and Accounting and i am studying to get my ACCA.
Some of the questions i will question the interviewer are set below
1.What will be the overall structure of the company here in Cyprus?(is newly founded)
2.What do you see ahead for your company the next five years?
    3.Duties and responsibilities?
    4.Career paths in this department?
5.What would you consider to be the most important aspect of this job?
6.What are the skills and attributes you value most for someone being hired for this position?
7.What are the next steps in the interview process?

    What do you think ?

Hi again, the interview went well except the spot that we disagreed with the one of the interviewers, who was a woman and newly hired from the company, about the similarities of internal audit and excecutive accountants’ work, but i didn’n continued it and i left for last the questions “What kind of person you think fits best for that job”, guess what they reversed the question…
    Thank you anyway.
